About the Business
At A L Plumbing we pride ourselves on the quality of our work be it plumbing, central heating, gas repairs or services. These include the annual Servicing of and callout repairs to all gas appliances.
We currently carry out over 1500 annual services, with this figure increasing year on year. All repairs are carried on an appointment based system as is the present case for servicing. The operatives all have a fully stocked vehicle and mobile telephones. Communication links are imperative as many of the repairs raised have a one-hour response timescale. The operatives also cover out-of-hours repairs countywide. All operatives have ACOPS 1-15 accreditation, this is the recognised standard for Gas Installers in the UK.
Our Newly installed computer tracking system will ensure proper safety and services checks are carried out efficiently and timeously. Andrew Lusk began to trade as AL Plumbing & Heating in July 1996 building a customer bank of mainly private clientele for plumbing and heating works within the Ayrshire area. As the business grew, the customer bank became more widespread and varied adding Housing Associations, Local Landlords and Building Contractors to the list. In 2001 the business took an even greater step by accepting two contracts in Dublin at which point AL Plumbing & Heating registered at companies house and became a Limited Company.
