All our heating installations are properly designed and a heat loss calculation is done before any installation takes place. it is discussed with the customer so therefore you can be assured that the correct Boiler and Radiators sizes are fitted. All work carries a 12 month warrant and notified to the building regulations which becomes part of the home buyers pack.
Here we do a complete check of all parts check the burner pressure clean all components check the flue and dispersal of all products of combustion and on completion you get a service sheet of all works carried out we then take all your boiler details and put them on to our data base so we have a complete record of your system, this is important because it will save time and money in the future.
This is a legal requirement of all rented house who have a gas supply to them, here we do a complete test of all appliances and a safety check of the gas to establish it is sound and on completion the landlord gets a certificate also the tenant gets one
