We are able to help with all areas of plumbing and any emergencies that may arise. We don’t have ridiculous call out charges that many ‘emergency plumbers’ have. Remember, if you have a leak, the first thing you need to do is to turn off your mains water at the stop tap. This is typically located under the sink.
As a landlord, you need to ensure all of your gas appliances are checked annually to ensure they are working correctly and more importantly safely. We are able to check and service all gas appliances and will liaise with your tenant directly if you wish, to arrange a mutually convenient time to attend.
Should you find yourself in the unfortunate position of having no heating or hot water, don’t panic, we are on hand to help. We are experienced with all makes and models of boilers, new and old and we aim to get you back up and running quickly and in the most cost effective way. However, sometimes it can be uneconomical to repair older boilers. We can therefore offer help and advice on a replacement boiler that best suits your needs.
