About the Business
Whether you are a domestic customer planning a new bathroom, or a commercial/industrial business seeking to design and maintain a complete new installation, DMPH offer the same level of service. All boilers and components used are of best quality and we constantly strive to keep abreast of all the latest technological improvements to heating and plumbing systems.
The Scottish environment needs to be protected for future generations, and DMPH try to reduce every client’s carbon footprint whenever possible, reducing energy bills and improving energy efficiency in the process. New technologies include the use of Thermostatic Radiator Valves (TRV) to shut off radiators when ambient room temperatures are reached, and installing the latest fuel efficient condensing boilers. Other green measures DMPH adopt include heat recovery and brown water usage systems, together with air to water and geothermal heat pumps and monitored usage of energy.
DMPH offer contract plumbing and heating services to commercial, educational and industrial customers, and have established an excellent portfolio of clients, including leading restaurants, retail stores and food production units. Landlord services include the issuing of CP12 Gas Safety Testing Certificates which are a legal requirement for domestic rental properties, and a planned maintenance programme for all gas fires, cookers, flues and pipework to ensure occupant safety. Landlords have the option of conducting property maintenance directly with DMPH or via a letting agency.
