Our small team of dedicated engineers offer the highest possible standards in customer care and service, and by being a small team, we ensure that the work is carried out to an exceptionally high standard. All our engineers are fully qualified and experienced in their field as well as showing dedication to their work and our company. Although we cover the county of Essex, our Engineers are all local to Chelmsford, Braintree and Colchester. It is for this reason that we are able to offer a 60 minute emergency response time to these areas, all other areas in Essex, we aim for 90 minutes.
With Local Engineers to; Braintree, Chelmsford & Colchester, we can carry out all types of plumbing tasks. If one of our engineers doesn't know how to, then another will. We have in the past repaired burst water mains within the customer's property, we try to keep disruption to a minimum, and replace the turf, or concrete once done. Perhaps your taps are dripping and you need them replaced, we can do this for you. Maybe your shower doesn't quite have the power that you would like, it may be necessary to have the water pumped. We have also installed water softeners for customers, these are good for people with arthritis. Installed Macerators for people that are unable to walk the stairs anymore or those that simply wish to add a downstairs toilet.
