About the Business
Gastastic was established by Ray Boulger. Ray left school and joined British Gas as an apprentice, after serving three years apprenticeship, he passed his city and guilds in gas engineering with merits. Ray then stayed with British Gas for 12 years covering all aspects of gas work including; installation, services, repairs, and fault finding of all domestic gas appliances. When British Gas were split by the government, Ray joined "Transco", the emergency side of the business, where his job was finding and making gas leaks safe and also the installation and repairs of gas meters, which allowed him to gain a very wide knowledge of the gas & plumbing industry.
