Boiler Services:

Boilers are such an integral part of our life's but we always take them for granted, by having your gas boiler serviced every year can save you a fortune on expensive central heating and boiler repairs. Not only can it save you money but it ensures your safety. By having your boiler serviced I will check all safety devices, the flue, ventilation(if required), it is burning the correct amount of gas as required and that it is functioning exactly as it should be. These come with a gas safety certificate which will be emailed/mailed to you upon completion.

Boiler Repairs:

We understand that if your boiler breaks down that it is a major inconvenience, so we will always aim to get out the same day to make a start at repairing your gas boiler. We offer a boiler or central heating diagnosis and repair service for most types of natural gas domestic boilers and central heating systems. We have been on many boiler manufacturers training courses to keep up with new methods of diagnosing, testing, servicing and new technologies of boilers.

We also carry a range of boiler and central heating parts to allow a high percentage first visit fix. Also offering a 30 minute rate rather than the standard hourly rate allows for more competitive prices. Depending on the type of repair on your boiler we may have to carry out some safety checks on your gas boiler to ensure that your boiler is working safely after the repair has been carried out.

Landlords and Gas Safety Inspections:

We offer landlord gas safety inspections, we offer up to 20% discount on multiple landlord certificates(terms and conditions apply). These include inspecting all gas appliances and installations for safety and defects, checking for any gas leaks and gas pressures, checking all CO alarms to ensure they correctly positioned and working. They also come with a CP12(land lords/ gas safety) certificate which I will email to you.

Also no need to worry about forgetting to have your gas safety inspection, because we will contact you before your certificate runs out.

We're currently offering central heating deals that come with a boiler and up to 7 standard radiators or 6 standard radiators and a chrome towel rail with radiator valves. All boilers and heating system quotes are priced as supply and install, with a central heating filter, sentinel X100/ Fernox F1 inhibitor, wireless programmable room stat and come with up to 10 year manufacturers guarantee for boilers and 12 month guarantee on all our work. All prices include removal of all waste and scrap, also making good all touched surfaces.
