About the Business
Jon Longhurst started his plumbing career serving an Apprenticeship with a local company whilst studying at Bournemouth and Poole College. Jon quickly progressed onto higher levels, achieving his qualifications in Natural Gas, LPG and Oil and become registered with CORGI (now known as Gas Safe Register) and OFTEC before the age of 20. At the time Jon Longhurst was one on the youngest ever registered engineers.
He continued to work for the company whilst attending as many manufacturers courses as possible to increase his knowledge of individual appliances. As his career moved on Jon Longhurst increased his qualifications to include commercial gas to an unlimited scope and further qualifications for renewable technologies. Today we still rely on most of our business coming from satisfied customers passing on our details to their colleagues, friends and family.
