Professor Plumb may well be found in the kitchen with a lead pipe or even caught in the bathroom with a spanner but thankfully there are no suspicious circumstances! The mystery character can be revealed as qualified plumber and Gas Safe and HECAS Registered engineer, Steven Miller. Born and bred in Rochdale Steven is proud of his roots. He has long-standing connections with local trades and suppliers and is a firm believer in supporting the local community, personally and professionally.
Steven's passion for plumbing started as a young lad working behind the counter of a plumber's merchant. He put himself through college to train and qualify as a plumber and gas engineer where (being a bit of a swot) he earned the nickname "Professor Plumb". Professor Plumb NW Ltd is a proud sponsor of the Birtle & Rochdale Riding Centre for the Disabled charity.
