In most circumstances, unless carried out by a registered competent enterprise, it is illegal to carry out domestic electrical work without notifying building control of the proposed work prior to commencement. This may give rise to additional costs. To provide complete peace of mind, we are a registered competent enterprise that can install, test and certify domestic electrical installations. All electrical work undertaken by us is in accordance with IEE Wiring Regulations, BS 7671:2008 and current building regulations. Similarly our plumbing is undertaken by experience professionals and our gas installations carried out and certified by GasSafe registered engineers.
