We set out to be honest in our dealings, explaining how long jobs are likely to take, corresponding charges, applicable and non-applicable regulations and never over selling.

This reflects our ethos that we will provide not only personnel to deliver the services but also staff for our customers to communicate with, backup for our service providers, systems that manage our work so customers can book work and be kept informed of progress.
We seek to be open in our dealings, publishing our capabilities, charges, technical information and providing written information such as estimates so customers and staff have access to the best knowledge. We also try to go that extra mile, both for our customers and staff. It's about making a positive difference to their lives and taking their perspective into account in all that we do. We listen to our customers and staff, we seek to help whenever we can, to let customers know if we cannot and wherever possible suggest alternatives.
