W&M Plumbing Ltd provides a wealth of first class plumbing and heating services for you and your home. We undertake all work from unblocking a problem drain to fully installing a brand new heating system. We also have a number of letting agencies which use us to maintain and service their portfolio of properties.
W&M Plumbing Ltd was formed by best friends of over 20 years Marc Williams and Paul Maitland with the desire to provide the type of service we'd all like to receive from a professional plumbing firm - To turn up on time, be well presented and polite and to carry out the work required in a professional and efficient manner and at a reasonable cost.
We will never carry out work that is not necessary and we will always consult with our clients about any work that needs to be carried out before proceeding. W&M Plumbing and Heating is Gas Safe registered which enables us to carry out the required safety checks on all the gas appliances and issue you with a "Landlord Gas Safety Record Form" (Certificate). This certificate must be presented to the tenant in the property and especially to new tenants before they are about to occupy any premises. Landlords by law must keep their copies for a minimum of two years.
